Digital Type Wall
Marcin Ignac created a projection of words, characters, and numbers onto a blank wall in London. Each time the animation is run, it chooses a text to displace from a database of 6000 images that were fonts, metal stamp letters, unicode, pencil drawings, pixel drawings, outlines. quotes, and curves. The dark setting provides great contrast for the projection and it makes it very immersive. I really like the clean presentation of the generated images. One of my favorites is the wall of unicode characters. Even though the characters displayed are from many different languages, they seem to fit well together on the projection.
