Polyduer is a procedural dress that is parametrically linked to the rotations of the animation rig joints. The idea came to me while using Maya Graph Editor. I saw all the complex curves manifested by the animation and thought – “hey this would make cool data for a procedural object”. A parametric dress felt like the most interesting object for animation data since they already overlap and influence each other. The animation data is also visualized on the left and represent x, y, z absolute rotation values of each joint in the rig.
